The Georgia Grown Marketplace features vendors from all over the state of Georgia. The Marketplace promises to bring back some old favorites as well as many new vendors.
The Georgia Grown Initiative helps members like the ones showcased in the marketplace with branding distribution and business development. The members receive assistance from the Georgia Department of Agriculture’s marketing team while Georgia Grown helps them get connected to events, fairs, and festivals to help grow their businesses.
Some returning vendors include Exum Pecan Company, Fourth and Cherry Foods, McDonalds Farm, and Georgia Grown Citrus to name a few.
- Dirty Dozen Coffee Company, located in Valdosta, Georgia, is a veteran-owned company run by active career firefighters and is dedicated to serving the freshest, premium coffee.
- Burtons Brambles products include delicious jams, jellies, sauces, cobbler mixes, syrups and more made from handpicked fresh fruit grown on their farms in Coolidge, Ga.
- The Pecan Life sells merchandise such as hats, t-shirts, and koozies that promote agricultural awareness through fun and innovative products.
There will also be new vendors showcasing their products.
- Hickman Honey Company and WP Bee Company sell a variety of products, not only honey, but soaps, sweet treats and other products made from beeswax.
- Savannah Syrup Company has southern flavor syrup mixes while Chef Jannybug provides ingredients for meal preparation and entertaining.
- Real Cajun Meat Market and Salt Lick Sausage Company feature specialty sausages made from the finest ingredients with no antibiotics or hormones.
Come on out and see what these vendors have to offer while supporting Georgia agriculture. You may just find a new product that you love.
