At the 2016 Sunbelt Ag Expo dairy farmers and dairy enthusiasts will get to learn about everything from organic dairy to handling heat stress to managing back yard dairy cows. Meet with specialists from the University of Georgia and the University of Florida to learn about nutrition values in milk, how to keep milk safe, and to learn just how important the dairy industry is. You can find the Mobile Dairy Classroom with up-close demonstrations and the Cow Milking Contest in block F-7.
